About The Role

  1. Assist in conducting site inductions, including onboarding for new employees.
  2. Facilitate Customer Site Assessments focusing on MVI, Safety, and Risk.
  3. Audit Critical Risk Safe Work Instructions (SWI).
  4. Oversee HACCP and GMP compliance for the branch.
  5. Deliver comprehensive training programs.
  6. Coordinate and schedule necessary external training sessions.
  7. Monitor training records and matrices, including eLearning progress, ensuring that managers are informed about training updates and record maintenance.
  8. Manage licensing renewals for the depot.
  9. Track and update Trac licenses for drivers.
  10. Conduct Risk Assessments and develop Safe Work Instructions.
  11. Support the execution of site self-audits to fulfill broader business requirements and compliance obligations.
  12. Maintain and update the Site Risk Register.
  13. Coordinate and document compliance records for subcontractors and suppliers.
  14. Assist in implementing the Safe Driving Procedure.

About You

  1. Proficient in computer applications with advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite.
  2. Strong literacy and numeracy capabilities.
  3. Excellent analytical skills.
  4. Ability to identify and implement business improvements by reviewing existing practices and workflows.
  5. Effective time management abilities.
  6. Proactive mindset with the ability to foresee opportunities and mitigate potential issues.
  7. Understanding of the operational mechanics of vehicles and transport equipment.
