About the Role

The Drive Group is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to lead our digital trade operations across various online marketplaces. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for optimizing product listings, driving sales, and expanding our marketplace presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketplace Management: Oversee operations on Amazon, TikTok Shop, John Lewis, and other platforms, focusing on inventory, pricing, and promotions.
  • Performance Optimization: Analyze data to identify sales opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction. Develop strategies to improve product visibility and drive growth.
  • Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with marketplace vendors, negotiate terms, and oversee budgets and sales forecasts.
  • Marketing & Advertising: Collaborate with marketing teams to create and execute promotional strategies, manage paid ad campaigns, and analyze performance metrics.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, sales, customer service) to align strategies and ensure smooth operations.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor performance metrics and produce reports to guide strategic decisions and improve ROI.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
