Position Summary
We are in search of an E-Commerce Executive to become an integral part of our vibrant jewellery brand during a significant growth phase.
This position entails managing and optimizing the daily operations of our online store. Responsibilities include overseeing product uploads, enhancing content, and executing marketing campaigns.
The E-Commerce Executive will focus on on-site merchandising and improving the search functionality of our websites. This role is vital for enhancing user experience, driving sales growth, and ensuring our online presence aligns with the brand's standards and goals.
In terms of product management and enhancement, the ideal candidate will be responsible for uploading products, including descriptions, images, pricing, and ensuring accuracy and consistency across all platforms. The E-Commerce Executive will also manage product listings on external platforms. Collaboration with inventory and logistics teams is essential to ensure product availability and timely order fulfillment.
Working closely with the marketing team, the E-Commerce Executive will help develop and implement strategies to boost sales and increase customer engagement, as well as collaborate with a Graphic Designer on promotional materials. Furthermore, this role will assist the E-Commerce Manager in executing strategies across various platforms, including the website, social media, CRM, affiliate marketing, and display advertising.
This position will involve website development, analyzing website traffic and sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, thereby enhancing the online store's performance and user experience.
The successful candidate will have a background in eCommerce and digital marketing. A solid understanding of Shopify is highly beneficial, along with experience in Searchspring, Klaviyo, and Facebook Ads Manager. Proficiency in data analysis and the use of analytical tools such as Google Analytics is essential. The E-Commerce Executive should also possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, strong project management capabilities, and a creative, customer-focused mindset.
