Pilates Operations Director

As a Pilates Manager, you will be responsible for fostering a continuous learning environment within our health and wellness establishment. This role requires the ability to manage and lead Pilates classes, ensuring high-quality instruction and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and lead Pilates classes to ensure excellent instruction and customer satisfaction
- Foster a positive team environment by promoting teamwork and collaboration
- Develop effective marketing strategies to increase membership and revenue
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including class schedules, attendance, and financial data
- Pilates Certification (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
