Job Title: Operations Director

We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead our Operational Technology initiatives in Queensland's clean energy transition.

The successful candidate will oversee OT project delivery across multiple generation sites and corporate systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Planning: Develop and execute operational technology programs that meet safety, quality, budget, and timeline expectations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Manage stakeholder engagement across technical, operational, and executive levels to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate site travel and on-ground project activities with minimal disruption to operations.
Requirements:
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience managing complex OT or ICS programs in asset-intensive industries.
  • Operational Expertise: Strong understanding of SCADA, PLCs, telemetry, and cybersecurity in operational environments.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel to regional sites as required.
