Pilates Studio Lead

About the Role:

We're seeking a dynamic leader to oversee our Pilates studio, driving growth and excellence in our Reformer and Mat Pilates classes. As the successful candidate, you'll be responsible for mentoring instructors, managing daily operations, and developing strategies to enhance member retention and class utilization.

Responsibilities:
  • Teach high-quality Reformer and Mat Pilates classes
  • Manage day-to-day studio operations and team schedules
  • Lead instructor recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing education
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve member retention and class utilization
  • Create engaging content and collaborate on social media, events, and local community activations
Requirements:
  • A proven track record in leading Pilates or Group Fitness programs (5+ years preferred)
  • Certificate III in Fitness and/or Reformer & Mat Pilates qualification (Yoga training a bonus)
  • Confident educator and motivator with experience running workshops or mentoring teams
  • Passionate, energetic, and professional individual with a keen eye for safety, technique, and consistency
