We are seeking a dedicated Pilates instructor to join our vibrant studio community.
- Teaching & Supervision:
- Lead and instruct Pilates classes (group and/or private) for all fitness levels.
- Ensure classes are engaging, safe, and effective, providing modifications when needed.
- Motivate and guide clients to reach their fitness goals.
- Monitor and correct client form and posture during classes.
- Studio Operations:
- Assist with studio operation tasks such as opening/closing, setting up, and cleaning the studio.
- Ensure the studio is equipped, organized, and well-maintained for classes.
- Sales & Client Relations:
- Assist with the promotion and sale of studio memberships, packages, and retail items.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, helping to address questions and concerns.
- Certified Pilates Instructor (Reformer and Mat certifications preferred).
- Experience teaching a variety of Pilates classes (group and/or private sessions).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire clients.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy studio environment.
