Practice Director

We are seeking a Practice Director to contribute to our team's overall performance and day-to-day operations.

About the Role
  • Audit and monitor current processes to provide recommendations for efficiency.
  • Implement, motivate, and nurture a genuine team culture to stimulate employee development.
  • Work with clients and employees to resolve escalated issues impacting operational functions.
  • Collaborate with the Business Director to facilitate business expansion.
  • Routinely monitor and support employees for competency checks against key deliverables and responsibilities.
  • Manage teams to deliver and report weekly results in line with business financial and performance expectations.
Your Responsibilities
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Practice Manager, Studio Director or Operations Manager - experience in an Architectural practice will be favorable.
  • Ability to understand a brief and drive designs from concept to completion.
  • Experience in Adobe Suites, Microsoft Office Suites - experience in Revit is a bonus.
  • Previous experience within a design & construction company is desirable but not essential.
  • Experience in managing multiple design projects effectively to ensure they remain on time and to budget.
  • Strong interpersonal and time management skills.
