About the role

We are seeking a Pilates Studio Manager to join our team across x2 studio locations in Brisbane, QLD. As a part-time Pilates Studio Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our boutique Pilates studios, ensuring exceptional customer service and a seamless client experience.

What you'll be doing

  • Managing the studio's schedule, class bookings, and client communications
  • Supervising and supporting the Pilates instructors, ensuring high-quality class delivery
  • Maintaining the studio's equipment and facilities to the highest standards
  • Driving the studio's marketing and promotional activities to attract new clients
  • Providing exceptional customer service and managing client relationships
  • Overseeing the studio's financial operations, including invoicing and revenue tracking
  • Implementing and enforcing studio policies and procedures

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in the Pilates industry. Pilates Instructor experience is a requirement of this role
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Outstanding customer service skills and a passion for creating a positive client experience
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and support a team of Pilates instructors
  • Proficiency in using studio management software and other relevant digital tools
  • A commitment to maintaining a safe and inclusive studio environment
