At Studio Pilates International, we're experiencing phenomenal global growth with 120 studios worldwide and many more on the way. We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our supportive Global Support Office (GSO) team in Hawthorne. In this role, you'll play an essential part in keeping our marketing operations running seamlessly, supporting both our global campaigns and local studio initiatives.

What you'll be doing
  • Coordinating in-studio marketing campaigns, ensuring timelines and tasks are clear and on track.
  • Managing campaign briefs, marketing calendars, and keeping plans up to date and organised.
  • Supporting new studio launches with pre-opening marketing activities.
  • Scheduling and proofing email campaigns (EDMs) for both network-wide and individual studio requests.
  • Monitoring studio social media content to ensure it's on brand and aligned with Studio Pilates guidelines.
  • Assisting with photoshoots, events, and community activations by handling logistics and coordination.
  • Managing the marketing support inbox, ensuring franchisees, studio teams, and partners receive timely assistance.
  • Helping maintain marketing systems, processes, and budgets to keep everything running efficiently.
  • Assisting with competitor research, reporting, and tracking campaign results.
