Senior Business Advisor Role

The Senior Business Advisor plays a pivotal role in driving business growth and success. This position combines technical expertise with exceptional interpersonal skills to deliver tailored solutions for clients.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing expert analysis, building strong relationships, and contributing innovative ideas to drive strategic decisions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Technical Review: Provide accurate and high-quality outcomes through expert analysis.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build trusted relationships with clients by taking ownership of their portfolio.
  • Thought Leadership: Contribute innovative ideas and insights to shape strategic decisions.
  • Tax Advice Preparation: Conduct in-depth research and prepare tailored tax advice for clients.
  • Client Advisory: Deliver proactive guidance to help clients achieve their business and personal goals.
  • Workflow & Time Management: Manage workload efficiently, prioritising tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Team Leadership: Oversee and guide direct reports, ensuring their work is well-managed and aligned with objectives.

Requirements:

  • CA/CPA qualified or part-qualified.
  • Excellent Time Management Skills.
  • Lead by example.
  • 7 + years' experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to grow new and existing client relationships.
  • An enthusiastic attitude and keen eye for detail.
