Strategic HR Partner Sought

A seasoned senior HR professional with extensive industry experience is required to drive growth and transformation within a rapidly evolving organization.

This key role will focus on supporting organizational scaling, enterprise-wide technology implementation, and adaptive operating models. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, strong change leadership skills, and agility to navigate ongoing transformation.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Align HR strategy with business objectives and act as a strategic partner to senior leaders.
  • Drive workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, and cultural initiatives.
  • Lead and embed change initiatives, particularly around technology and HR practices modernization.
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends, support decision-making, and improve outcomes.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and policies.
  • Provide guidance on organizational design, performance frameworks, and leadership development.
About the Ideal Candidate:
  • 5–7+ years' experience in strategic HR roles, preferably in growth-oriented or industry-specific environments.
  • Experience leading HR transformations, including technology implementations and structural changes.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders, offering strategic and hands-on support.
  • Strong commercial acumen, agility, and proactive HR leadership skills.
  • Industry-specific experience (e.g., retail, energy, manufacturing, logistics) is highly desirable.
