
Strategic Sales Growth Manager

The role of a Strategic Sales Growth Manager is to support and empower sales team leaders to reach their full potential. This position involves driving achievement of sales and settlement goals through thoughtful planning and collaboration, as well as building strong relationships with stakeholders.
About the Role
This senior-level position requires at least 3 years' experience supporting, motivating, and developing sales teams, including Team Leaders. The successful candidate will have a drive to achieve and exceed business sales targets, a track record of delivering consistent outcomes, and passion for coaching and nurturing growth across all levels.
Main Responsibilities
- Support and mentor two to three Sales Team Leaders, encouraging engagement and growth across geographically diverse teams.
- Drive achievement of sales and settlement goals through strategic planning and team collaboration.
- Build trust-based relationships with financiers and stakeholders to enhance operations and funding strategies.
- Use customer feedback to guide improvements and elevate satisfaction outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- At least 3 years' experience supporting, motivating, and developing sales teams, including Team Leaders.
- Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external partners.
- A drive to achieve and exceed business sales targets.
- A track record of delivering consistent outcomes and maintaining structured reporting practices.
