About the Role Customer Experience Specialist in our Retail Banking, you'll play a key role in helping to provide customers with a seamless banking experience, through meeting each customer's end-to-end financial needs and goals across transaction activities, needs based conversations and educating them on the financial solutions available, including digital.

They have the knowledge required to complete customer transactions, as well as have in-depth needs based conversations and fulfil products as per their accreditation level. The successful candidate will be working mainly in branches and will deliver a high standard of customer service to ensure customers are not only satisfied, but strong advocates for the bank.

You will be part of a collaborative team and will act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering on our Customer Promises to ensure customers leave the branch as strong advocates of the bank. They will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and tasks while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy. You will also be able to actively participate in and support bank programs and initiatives, taking responsibility to 'know your customer' from a risk perspective, and ensuring compliance with bank policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide our customers with a seamless branch experience by meeting each customer's end-to-end banking needs across transaction activities, needs-based conversations and educating them on digital solutions.
  2. Be part of a collaborative team and act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience.
  3. Contribute to a significant uplift in customer engagement and advocacy, and create real customer value.
  4. Actively participate in and support bank programs and initiatives.
  5. Take responsibility to 'know your customer' from a risk perspective, and ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures.

  • Experience in being a user and promoter of technology - working knowledge in using different digital channels is an advantage.
