Key Responsibilities:
  • Build lasting relationships with clients by understanding their individual needs and identifying new opportunities
  • Collaborate with product specialists to deliver a wide range of financial solutions
  • Lead strategy, deal execution, and negotiation of financial solutions, while proactively managing risk
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Taking pride in delivering exceptional service and building trusted client relationships
  • Having a strong understanding of the Australian Agribusiness landscape, with exposure to horticulture and broadacre cropping a bonus
  • Exceling in deal execution, including origination, structuring, and negotiation of complex solutions
  • Thriving in collaborative environments and enjoying delivering comprehensive financial solutions
  • Being confident in financial analysis and credit decisioning, with a solid grasp of cash-flow drivers
