
Optimize Store Layouts and Drive Business Growth

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate space management initiatives to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement effective space planning strategies to optimize store layouts and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of space planning projects.
- Conduct thorough analysis of market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to inform space planning decisions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in space planning, preferably in a retail or similar environment.
- Strong understanding of design principles, visual merchandising, and spatial reasoning.
- Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.

- Detailed and thorough understanding of best practice in space management processes.
- High level experience with Space Planning software at both shelf & floor level (JDA/Blue Yonder preferred).
- Must be capable of operating independently, managing workload & deadlines with competing priorities.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of product adjacency in a retail setting.
- Proven success in both Space & Project Management.
- Highly analytical in your approach, with an inquisitive mind that balances passion for perfection with flexibility to reach the best outcome for both business and customer.
