Job Opportunity: Retail Space Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a talented individual to join our retail space optimization team. As a key member, you will be responsible for delivering strategic insights that drive business growth and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver data-driven insights to optimize retail space productivity, range, and planning
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver space performance insights across physical retail environments
  • Conduct analysis to identify opportunities and drive business growth, including analyzing space productivity across ranges and layouts to identify areas for improvement
  • Support key initiatives and concepts with data-led insights and performance evaluation
  • Translate analysis into meaningful insights supporting business stakeholders to make informed decisions

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in retail analytics, space productivity, or planning insights
  • Strong background in spatial modeling, performance reporting, and layout optimization
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and analytical platforms (e.g., SQL, Python, Excel)
  • Technical skills in relevant analysis, measurement, visualization, and reporting tools
  • Excellent problem-solving and conceptual thinking skills
  • Ability to think laterally and propose innovative solutions
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across all levels
