About the Role
This permanent full-time opportunity requires a passion for optimizing store layouts to meet customer needs and enhance operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing planograms that streamline space allocation and align with business objectives.
- Managing national and state-level planograms to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Delivering commercially viable and operationally efficient planograms within set deadlines.
- Providing in-depth shelf analysis and recommendations to improve self-efficiencies and return on space (ROS).
- Collaborating with category managers and stakeholders to develop planograms that balance customer demands and category strategy.
- Maintaining data integrity of planograms and product library.
About You and Your Skills
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent analytical skills, intermediate knowledge of space management tools, preferably JDA Space Planning/Blue Yonder or similar software, and a strong understanding of shelf management principles and supermarket merchandising processes.
Additional key skills include:
- Excellent Excel skills.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Robust attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects with a focus on timeline delivery.
