Deliver Life Changing Experiences

We are seeking an experienced Lifestyle Coordinator to join our team on a Full-Time basis. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of our residents and their families.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering care standards that meet the highest level of quality. This includes building genuine relationships with residents and their families, creating exciting programs that promote social, emotional, and spiritual fulfillment, coordinating group activities inside and outside of the home, and setting lifestyle goals for residents and implementing programs to help them achieve these.

As a key member of our support team, you will work closely with the wider team to meet resident's needs. You will also be part of a dynamic and supportive environment where you can grow and develop your skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create engaging lifestyle programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, and other stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team to deliver person-centered care
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in all aspects of care delivery

Requirements:

  • Certificate IV in Lifestyle and Leisure (or equivalent)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with residents and staff
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
