Personal Care Role

We are seeking a Personal Care Assistant to provide individualized care that meets residents' social and emotional needs, preferences, and choices.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop personalized care plans that cater to residents' unique needs and preferences.
  • Deliver high-quality, safe care to residents in accordance with established protocols and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a self-motivated team to foster a positive culture and approach to residents' well-being.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in aged care as a Personal Care Assistant or similar role.
  • Passionate about providing care that meets residents' social and emotional needs.
  • Valid Police Clearance or National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Worker Screening Clearance is mandatory for this role.
  • Vaccination: All aged care workers are encouraged to be vaccinated against Covid-19 and to receive the Flu vaccine.
