This is a therapy provider role where you will provide life-changing therapy to participants. As a therapy provider, no two days will be the same.

About The Role
  • You will work in diverse settings, from homes and schools to community centers and workplaces.
  • You will utilize assessment and intervention skills to support participants in achieving their goals and maximizing funding.
  • You will build meaningful relationships with the participants and their supports (family, carers, friends).
  • You will develop and implement behaviour support plans with function-based strategies, utilizing positive behaviour support framework.
  • You will conduct functional behaviour assessments (FBA).
  • You will collaborate within interdisciplinary teams to address complex behavioural challenges.
  • You will attend weekly team meetings in the hub, sharing stories of impact, coffee and laughs.
