Project Coordinator Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to oversee project coordination, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Invoice coding for multiple projects, verifying dates, numbers, biller details, quantities, descriptions, and receipt of goods align with project documentation.
  • Confirm goods have been received, work has been completed.
  • Verify quantities and rates against purchase orders or related project correspondence.
  • Assign project-specific codes to invoices, allocating correctly to the project, budget line, and cost category.
  • Generate purchase orders as necessary, ensuring all invoices are coded correctly and ready for approval.
  • Submit batches of invoices to the relevant contracts administrator for review and approval.
  • Escalate errors when relevant.
  • Report on areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational and time-management skills, proficiency in using Procore or similar project management systems, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and previous experience in construction administration is preferred but not required.
