About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics operations.

Job Description:

As our Logistics Coordinator Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating and planning logistics activities to optimize service levels and customer satisfaction
  • Ensuring accurate despatch of orders to customers
  • Liaising with sales, warehouse and transport providers to resolve urgent and critical customer requirements
  • Managing driver and wait times to reduce yard wait time
  • Performing load checks and auditing loads and load restraint

You will work closely with our team to ensure that all logistics activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in logistics coordination or a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
