Event Logistics Coordinator

The Event Logistics Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of events at our venue. This position involves coordinating with various teams to ensure seamless service flow and high performance standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reporting maintenance needs promptly to minimize disruption
  • Coordinating logistics team members and assisting management with training and development
  • Maintaining open communication through daily shift briefings and ensuring smooth shift handovers
  • Fostering positive relationships between departments

We are looking for an individual with previous supervisory experience, excellent leadership and communication skills, RSA accreditation, and forklift license.

Successful candidates will have:

  • Experience leading a team, preferably in events or logistics
  • Leadership and communication skills that foster positive interdepartmental relationships
  • Motivation by challenges, passion for events, and commitment to team development
