**The Company**:
Capstone are proud to be working with a leading global EPC contractor, that is both developing and delivering innovative and strategically located solar farms across regional Australia. From initially locating suitable land and partnering with landowners, they take projects through engineering design, planning approval, grid connection, financing & investment stages and into construction and operation.

The company brings together industry leaders with a strong track record in the development and construction of large-scale renewable energy projects. The team have collectively developed multiple renewable energy projects across Australia, Europe and the Pacific Region and are specialists in the land use, planning, engineering, energy and finance sectors.

**The Role**:
Reporting to the Procurement and Logistics Manager, the Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the trade team by managing the end-to-end shipping process of imported goods. General duties shall include:

- Receiving order and following up with suppliers.
- Quotation of projects in the offer phase.
- Firm bidding for projects that ensure the best transportation option based on economic and technical offer.
- Preparation of tariff strategy and import documentation at destination.
- Preparation of the logistics plan ensuring the delivery of project supplies on time.
- Organization of shipments, documentation control and logistics management from the supplier of supplies to the customer.
- Monitoring and reporting of customer operations and project management ensuring visibility to all parties
- Monitoring of logistics providers and logistics billing.
- Monitoring shipment status and ensuring goods are received to meet client requirements.
- Liaising with warehouse and suppliers to ensure shipping requirements are met.
- Provide innovations and ideas focused on reducing transportation costs.

**Experience Required**:

- 3-5 years experience in a similar position or in a freight forwarder working with projects.
- Understanding of Import Documentation, Incoterms, TCO, HS-Code, Tariff advice, BMSB Certificate, AQIS and Dangerous Goods
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Strong team skills
