This role is part of our team that drives new business acquisition and customer retention, leveraging deep product knowledge, customer insights, and a results-driven approach to create impactful partnerships and deliver measurable ROI to clients.
- The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of sales experience with a focus on either new or expansion driven revenue targets.
- They will possess proven experience in the SaaS space, particularly within HR Tech or related fields.
- A strong ability to identify and self-source both new and expansion opportunities, employing innovative strategies, is essential.
- Exceptional executive presence with polished presentation and communication skills, particularly when engaging with VP and C-suite executives, is required.
Responsibilities:
New Business Acquisition (60%)- Identify and engage potential customers through a mix of outreach, networking, and event attendance.
- Create targeted account plans to drive growth and expansion.
- Run product demos and develop compelling business cases to showcase value proposition.
- Manage sales pipeline and collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive deal closure.
- Serve as a trusted advisor for existing customers, driving retention and growth.
- Create tailored account plans to optimize customer engagement.
- Conduct regular reviews to uncover expansion opportunities.
- Build a sustainable pipeline of upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
