The Role: As our Executive Director of Commercial Growth, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth within the accommodation, property, and interior design sectors. Your focus will be on identifying and leveraging new commercial opportunities, including wholesale and marketplace avenues. This strategic position requires a strong leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a relentless focus on innovation and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive B2B revenue, ensuring alignment with overall business goals. Monitor sales performance metrics, including revenue, margin, and customer feedback, to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Business Development: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends within the industry, particularly in Non-Core Channels. Leverage insights to inform sales strategies and drive revenue growth.
- Customer Satisfaction: Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, improve profitability, and drive growth. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within your team.
- Contract Management: Oversee contract negotiations and management to ensure favorable terms and compliance with company policies. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Client Management: Mentor and develop a high-performing team, focusing on leadership development and team growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and achieve company goals.
- Leadership: Develop and execute short-term incentive plans to align employee goals with company objectives. Foster an entrepreneurial spirit within your team, encouraging creativity, innovation, and a long-game focus.
Requirements:
- Experience: 10+ years of proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the B2B sector, with a strong background in the accommodation, property, or interior design sector.
- Skillset: A commercial leader with expertise in revenue growth, client relationship management, and contract negotiation. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data-driven decision-making to drive business outcomes.
