Job Description
Chief Commercial OfficerWe are seeking an exceptional Chief Commercial Officer to join our management team, driving the commercial strategies of our organisation and reporting directly to the Group Managing Director. This role offers an exciting opportunity to introduce new business activities, develop metrics for accountability, and coordinate compensation.
- Develop and execute commercialisation strategies to drive sales growth and profitability.
- Provide expert guidance on commercial matters, including contract interpretation, negotiation, and correspondence administration.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
- Leverage your leadership skills to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
Requirements

- A strong background in commercial operations, with at least 15 years of experience in a leadership position.
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to drive results-oriented decision making.
- Demonstrated expertise in sales strategy development, with a proven track record of delivering regional or global growth.
- Credible leadership skills, with experience in building and managing high-performing teams.
- The ability to adapt to changing environments and navigate complex stakeholder relationships.
