Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced Executive Assistant to join our Sydney Head Office. As the right-hand person to the Commercial Director and Managing Director NSW, you will play a key role in supporting their busy schedules and contributing to the success of our organization.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-level administrative support to the Commercial Director and Managing Director NSW;
- Coordinating international and domestic travel arrangements, including agendas, accommodation, and transfers;
- Managing complex calendars and inboxes, ensuring timely responses to emails and messages;
- Preparing meeting minutes, agendas, and presentations;
- Processing invoices and reconciling corporate credit card statements;
- Supporting broader needs, including document creation, presentation development, and event planning;
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a fast-paced industry such as media;
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with senior executives and other stakeholders;
- Experience working at C-suite level, with a deep understanding of the demands and expectations of this role;
- Demonstrated ability to pre-empt needs and manage complex priorities;
- Excellent written skills, with the ability to draft correspondence on behalf of your executives;
- Solid administration and computer skills, particularly across MS Office and Google Suite;
