About the Role

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Master to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the crew and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the tug.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Take charge of the vessel and crew, providing leadership and guidance at all times.
  • Coordinate crew attendance, stores provisioning, and maintain operational readiness.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory obligations, and safety management systems.
  • Manage crew discipline, supervise tug maintenance, and prepare operational reports.
