Job Title: Marine Expert

Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage a portfolio of large corporate clients with complex marine needs.

You will work closely with other marine specialists to provide specialist advice and services, collaborating with clients and stakeholders across the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic relationships with business stakeholders to ensure marine aspects of programs meet their needs and expectations.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, through multiple channels.
  • Prioritize and manage client renewal workload, planning deliverables accordingly.
  • Solve complex problems independently and collaboratively.
  • Lead and develop support staff, including analysts, through clear communication and delegation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-7 years' experience in marine insurance with knowledge of relevant policies.
  • Tier 1 FSRA qualification is essential.
  • Strong communication skills for effective engagement with various audiences.
  • Excellent listening and comprehension skills.
  • A team player maintaining solid working relationships with colleagues, clients, insurers, and stakeholders.
