Working as an integral part of the Pacific Marine Practice you will be a key provider of specialist marine advice and service to our large and complex clients with local and overseas operations.
You will make an impact as a seasoned professional managing a portfolio of large to medium corporate accounts, ensuring high quality customer service you will have the benefit of collaborating with other Marine specialists to solve the most complex matters, working with clients and stakeholders across the company.

**We will count on you to**:
- Demonstrate experience across all aspects of marine insurance including; Marine Cargo, Marine Transit, Charterers Liability, Ship Owners Protection & Indemnity, Floating Offshore Transhipment Barge (Loss of earnings assessment), coverage requirements for ferries & barges
- Develop trusted partner relationships with business stakeholders to ensure the marine aspects of the program meets their needs and expectations
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, through multiple channels
- Be highly organised, plan client renewal workload and prioritise across multiple deliverables
- Work independently and collaboratively to solve complex problems
- Coordinate, manage and develop support staff including Marsh Client Operations analysts through clear and effective communication and delegation.
- Act on growth opportunities, demonstrate a willingness to take on increased responsibilities and display the ability to act independently with limited, yet appropriate, referral to manager.
**We would like you to have**:
- Minimum 5-7 years' experience with marine insurance background and knowledge of the policies listed above
- Tier 1 FSRA qualification essential
- Excellent communication style able to effectively associate with various audiences, adapting approach as appropriate
- Sound listening and comprehensive skills
- A team player who naturally maintains solid working relationships with colleagues, clients, insurers and other relevant stakeholders
