About this role

We're seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Marine Operations Specialist to join our team at White Bay. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and ensuring the smooth operation of our marine facilities.

This role will see you acting as the key interface with marine customers, managing account systems, and upholding Viva Energy's safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver outstanding customer experience to boat owners, NSW ferries, luxury clients, and other marine customers
- Manage account systems, resolving any issues that may arise
- Ensure adherence to Viva Energy's safety protocols
- Conduct regular operational checks and maintenance tasks

Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service
- A positive attitude, leadership skills, and ability to take initiative
- Experience in marine equipment and industry beneficial
- Demonstrated safety and risk management expertise, including emergency response knowledge
- Interest in learning about hydrocarbons and the fuel industry
- Proficient in using technology and computer systems to support daily tasks
