We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Fitness and Lifestyle Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities and equipment.

In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out general maintenance tasks, repairing equipment, and performing routine checks to ensure the safety and functionality of our facilities. You will also be required to use our maintenance log system to track and manage maintenance activities, and to document and maintain records of maintenance work.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong technical skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to have a passion for the fitness industry and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Key responsibilities:

  • Carry out general maintenance tasks, including repairs and routine checks
  • Use our maintenance log system to track and manage maintenance activities
  • Document and maintain records of maintenance work
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication with club staff and members
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Experience in a maintenance or technical role
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of maintenance practices
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for the fitness industry and commitment to delivering high-quality results
