About the Role
As an Account Manager at ManpowerGroup, you will primarily focus on nurturing and expanding relationships with our Federal Government clients in Canberra. Your main emphasis will be on understanding and meeting the unique needs of our Government clients by selling the benefits of ManpowerGroup's unbundled services, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Nurture and grow relationships with existing Canberra Federal Government clients
- Develop new business within the current portfolio and maintain existing relationships
- Strategically map clients to understand their needs and requirements
- Work closely with the Recruitment Delivery team to ensure a full understanding of client requirements
- Develop and maintain industry networks and personal brand
Requirements
- Previous government recruitment experience
- Experience selling unbundled recruitment services
- Confidence and excellent can-do attitude
- Persuasion & influencing skills
- Experienced in Account Management
- Ability to deep dive into a client's ecosystem to fully understand their environment and needs
- Sales and client relationship management experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Demonstrated relationship building skills
