Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Virology Section, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards. This includes managing budgets, resources, and logistics to achieve operational integrity.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of scientists, technicians, and support staff to deliver high-quality results.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor Degree or higher degree in Science/Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent qualification. They will also have demonstrated managerial skills, including experience in laboratory operations, administration, and budgeting.
Advanced knowledge of Pathology Laboratory Information Systems, supervision of e-based Quality Management Systems, and extensive high-level knowledge of working within the relevant section of the laboratory are essential.
