Associate, Practice Management

An Associate on the Practice Management Team will be responsible for supporting Dimensional's practice management research and business intelligence initiatives. The position will focus on engaging with both existing and new clients to ensure continued success of cornerstone studies and consulting tools and resources provided globally.


About the Role:
  • Support global benchmark studies and surveys through managing data requests, study administration, and the study platform (Medallia)
  • Collections, administration, and interpretation of study data
  • Project management of complex PM initiatives including coordination with internal teams, developing messaging and training, and analyzing data
  • Collaboration with GCG team to design and build practice management tools and resources for advisors and aligned firms

Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-4 years' professional experience
  • Team-oriented: ability to establish effective relationships, gain commitment and credibility and work effectively across internal constituencies
  • Highly collaborative with the ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong time management skills and ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects
  • Analytical and quantitative skills combined with creative problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented while maintaining a big picture focus
  • Strong interpersonal communication, verbal, and written skills
  • Proactive in nature and can work equally well in a team environment and independently
  • Focused on customer needs with the ability to build trust and confidence
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects at once
