Job Title: RTO Administrator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to fill the position of RTO Administration and Enrolment Officer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining database architecture, data structures, and nomenclatures to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quality checks of learner data to maintain database integrity
  • Develop, review, and maintain learner enrolments, commencements, and completion forecasts
  • Assist student services support team in admissions booking and liaising with compliance team
  • Conduct pre-training review assessment, including language, literacy, and numeracy test of potential learners
  • Develop documentation of systems specifications, such as course offers, courses, and units
  • Prepare standard and ad hoc reports for leadership team

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require a minimum 2+ years of experience in a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) setting. You must have strong understanding of AQTF framework and RTO standards. Additionally, you should have strong knowledge of ASQA, SVTS reporting, and Skills First Funding requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in maintaining LLN Robot Courses
  • Excellent computer and Microsoft Office 365 skills, especially Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Current Police Check and WWCC
