Job Title: Delivery Services OfficerAbout the Role

This dynamic role involves efficiently collaborating with customers and operations teams to manage customer queries, resolving issues and finding solutions that benefit both parties.

You will work closely with our Victoria, New South Wales, and Queensland teams to provide exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and telephone in a timely and professional manner.
  • Partner with the operations team to ensure all customer inquiries are dealt with and resolved promptly.
  • Diagnose inbound customer service enquiries and resolve where applicable.
  • Conduct preliminary investigations before escalating complex customer enquiries to leaders and operations.
  • Generate KPI reports and perform general administration tasks as needed.
Your Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Experience in a similar position, preferably within a manufacturing, logistics, or distribution environment.
  • A good understanding of fast-paced logistics and retail operations.
  • Extensive experience providing high-quality, professional services to internal and external stakeholders, including managing competing requests.
  • Impressive credentials in developing strong relationships and rapport with customers and internal operations staff.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Time management and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, WMS, and TMS systems.
