Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our Executive Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all Human Resources activities throughout the property, including recruitment, talent development, employee relations, and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives
  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and offers
  • Develop and maintain employee relations policies and procedures
  • Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and time-off policies
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities
  • Manage employee data and maintain accurate records
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure effective communication and teamwork
  • Manage employee conflicts and grievances
  • Develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • Strong command of written and spoken English
  • Technology savvy in and familiar in computer systems (e.g. Microsoft Office, HR systems and databases)
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law, industrial relations, and HR best practices
  • Minimum five years of relevant experience in Hospitality industry
  • Experience leading a team of staff
  • Experience in managing/ liaising with key stakeholders
