We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Stamford Hotels & Resorts. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR guidance and support to our department managers across all stages of the employee life cycle.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all functions of the Human Resources department, including recruitment, retention, performance management, and employee relations.
- Champion the company's values and culture, and create a work environment that reflects the Stamford Way.
- Develop and implement onboarding orientation and training programs to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
- Manage the full employee relations cycle, including investigations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, company policies, and procedures.
- Promote a health and safety culture and ensure compliance with current Health and Safety legislation.
- Human Resources qualifications and experience in a large, complex organization, preferably in the hospitality or people-centric environment.
- Good understanding of Australian employment legislation and HR trends.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prior experience with end-to-end payroll processes and HRIS systems.
