Overview

We are seeking a Technical Investment Support Specialist to provide technical support for critical investment management systems, internal and external applications, and integrations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in supporting investment systems such as Charles River, BlackRock Aladdin, and/or Simcorp Dimension.

About the Role

  • Provide technical support for operational and strategic activities of investment teams.
  • Analyse business processes and functions to specify and apply system enhancements.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors for troubleshooting and testing.
  • Collaborate with the wider IT Investment team for work requests and changes.
  • Ensure compliance with IT and company policies.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years experience in an Application Support role.
  • Financial services domain experience and knowledge required.
  • ITIL experience or working knowledge of incident, problem & change management.
  • Exposure to VBA, Python, SQL and other related platforms.
  • Practical experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Power BI or other MI solutions.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem solving.
