About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer to join our team on a full-time basis. As a key member of our executive leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving the strategic direction and operational management of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the executive leadership team to develop and implement strategic plans that align with our organization's mission and vision.
  • Lead the operational management of our services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and delivering exceptional care and support to our clients.
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to drive continuous improvement, financial stability, and exceptional care delivery.
  • Lead from the front and inspire your team of senior managers, driving a culture of empowerment, accountability, and client-led service.
  • Work closely with our teams to ensure the effective delivery of our services and achieve our organizational goals.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive leadership experience, having worked your way up to an executive role.
  • Qualifications in Social Work, Mental Health, Behavioural Science, Human Services, or a related field, with post-graduate qualifications in one of these areas.
  • Significant practical experience in Business Management, with a current National Police Certificate and Victorian Driver Licence.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with a long-standing track record in managing teams.
