Requirements:

  • Extensive leadership experience, having worked up to an executive role.
  • Degree qualified in Social Work, Mental Health, Behavioural Science, Human Services, or a related field.
  • Post-graduate qualifications in one of the above areas.
  • Current National Police Certificate and Victorian Driver Licence.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Long-standing track record in managing teams.
