About You

The successful candidate will bring proven leadership experience and executive mindset, including people and resource management, financial and business acumen.

A sound understanding of the issues relating to sexual and family violence, gender inequality, primary prevention, social justice and human rights is essential.

High level capacity and experience in driving strategy, delivering organisational growth, building collaborative partnerships and engaging with government is required.

Excellent interpersonal skills to promote and represent the organisation across a range of settings are necessary.

A relevant degree/qualification and/or more than 10 years' experience senior leadership within the not-for-profit sector is preferred.
