Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and deliver the technology transformation program, ensuring alignment with business objectives
* Provide strategic leadership to the Information Technology department, circa 60 staff
* Establish trust and credibility through the provision of advice to the CEO, Executive Leadership team, and Senior Leaders
* Identify opportunities to optimise business operations through technology
* Drive cutting-edge processes and operational efficiencies

Requirements:

* Highly regarded as a strategic leader with significant IT/Digital Technology experience within a large, complex, customer-focused organisation
* Innovative in your thinking and demonstrate high levels of emotional intelligence to inspire, influence, and enhance capability across your team
* Experienced in providing leadership as a change agent, leading the GMHBA technology strategy, execution, and operations
* Exposure in financial services or regulated markets will be well regarded
* Tertiary qualification in technology or business, and proven experience leading a technology services function
* Well-developed business acumen, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to influence across the organisation
