Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Administration Officer in the Eyre and Far North Local Health Network. In this role, you will provide exceptional administrative support to clients, staff, and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience for all.

  • Customer Service: Provide high-quality customer service to internal and external clients, adhering to established policies and procedures.
  • Resource Management: Support the effective management of resources within the Community Health Services Division.
  • Reception & Administrative Support: Deliver efficient front office reception and administrative assistance to enhance service delivery.
  • Strategic Outcomes: Contribute to achieving the objectives outlined in the Country Health SA Strategic Plan.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Administrative Experience: Proven ability to provide a comprehensive range of administrative and clerical support services efficiently.
  • Software Proficiency: Demonstrated experience with computer software, particularly Microsoft Office and Internet applications.
  • Health Care Knowledge: Understanding of primary health care and community health principles.
