
Behavioural Change Specialist

Are you passionate about harnessing the power of behavioural insights to drive meaningful change? As a Behavioural Insights Consultant, you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing evidence-based solutions that tackle complex human challenges.
- You will work closely with clients to explore and diagnose business problems, applying your expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methods to understand behaviour.
- Your role will involve developing close client relationships, exploring and diagnosing business problems, and applying behavioural methodologies to create lasting impact.
- You will also design and apply evidence-based behavioural interventions, working collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver impactful results.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic consulting team that embeds itself in organisations to drive behavioural-led interventions. You will have the chance to flex your consulting muscles across the full project cycle, working on projects that matter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build close client relationships
- Explore and diagnose business problems
- Apply quantitative and qualitative research methods to understand behaviour
- Apply behavioural methodologies – nudging, social forms, framing, heuristics, RCTs, rational choice, scarcity, etc
- Triangulate, synthesise and interpret data to uncover commercial outcomes
- Test and evaluate ideas
- Design and apply evidence-based behavioural interventions
What We're Looking For:
- Postgraduate qualifications in psychology, behavioural economics, behavioural science, or a related discipline
- Prior experience in a consulting, research or behavioural insights role
- Comfort navigating complexity and ambiguity
- A commercial mindset and a love of turning insight into action
