
Men's Behaviour Change Programme Lead

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced individual to support our Family Violence Program as a Men's Behaviour Change Facilitator.
- This is a permanent part-time position with occasional travel to other sites.
The successful candidate will co-facilitate evening groups and provide centre-based group work for men who use violence in the home.
The role involves working collaboratively with our integrated Family Violence team, including Women's and Children's Family Violence Counsellors and Family Safety Contact Workers.
You will be responsible for maintaining accurate documentation and reporting in line with program standards.
In addition, you will have the opportunity to partner with women's and children's services for referral, safety planning, and family support.
Liaising with justice, legal, and community services to support clients' pathways is also an essential aspect of this role.

As a Men's Behaviour Change Facilitator, you will play a critical role in supporting men to develop non-violent, respectful, and equitable relationship behaviours.
The ideal candidate will possess a degree or diploma in Social Work or a related discipline, as well as experience facilitating Men's Behaviour Change Programs (MBCP).
A strong understanding of family violence frameworks and risk assessment is also essential, along with case management experience and familiarity with referral pathways.
The successful candidate will be an empathetic professional with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
You will also possess seniority level skills and be willing to obtain relevant certifications, such as a Graduate Certificate in Male Family Violence.

- Hold a valid National Police Check, WWCC, and Right to Work in Australia
