Behavioural Support Specialist

A Behavioural Support Practitioner is required to work collaboratively with clients, families, and support coordinators to develop and implement Behaviour Support Plans in line with NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behaviour assessments across various environments to identify client needs and develop effective strategies for support.
- Develop and implement Behaviour Support Plans that promote positive behaviour change and meet client goals.
- Work effectively with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive support services to clients.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and evidence-based practice within the organisation.
